Manufacturers now lock the engine computer on many late-model performance cars. Until it's unlocked, no tuner can read or write the software, so nothing else can happen.

Which cars can you unlock?
Our quick unlock covers BMW, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, Bentley and Toyota Supra. If your car isn't on that list, ask anyway and we'll tell you what's possible.
How do I know if my ECU is locked?
Most late-model Euro performance cars are, but the only way to know for sure is to read the ECU. We do that when your car comes in and confirm before any work starts.
How long does it take?
A lot less time than the old way. Every car is a little different, so we'll give you a time frame for yours when you get in touch.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the car and what you want from the tune. Tell us about yours and Mitch will come back to you with a quote.
Do you tune the car after the unlock?
Yes, that's the point. Once it's unlocked, Mitch tunes it on our dyno and you get before and after figures for your car.
